To make enrollment easy we have provided all the documents you will need to sign your child up today. It's simple, just print out all the documents, complete each one, and bring them with you when you come to visit.

Pay the $50 registration fee per child.
4. Send Info
Send a copy of your child's Medical Records to our office prior to your child starting at the Academy.
There is a $50 Registration fee for each child.
There is a 10% discount for additional children.
